Remodeling Services Unlimited, Inc. (RSU) is pleased to announce the launch of their new Home Maintenance Program. “This program is designed to accomplish periodic inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs for your home to help better maintain your property,” says Pat Bouton, Vice-President of the company. “It is important now more than ever to protect and maintain your largest investment,” says Mark Williams, President. “Our Home Maintenance Program is completely customized to meet each homeowner’s specific needs. Not only are we excited about offering a new program to meet the needs of our customers, but by growing and expanding our business we create the opportunity for more jobs which is so important especially in today’s economy.”

The Remodeling Services Unlimited Home Maintenance Manager begins by performing an initial inspection.  As part of the process, pictures are taken to document the house and close-ups of any areas of concern.  This report is reviewed in detail with Clients and their involvement is encouraged in the process to identify routine services to accomplish on a periodic basis and to create a priority list of any needed repairs.  After the Initial Inspection, the Client is provided with a written report and a recommended Annual Program. The Annual Program can provide periodic services to address maintenance jobs like gutter cleaning or other selected jobs for upkeep and maintenance.  The frequency of these tasks depends on the Homeowner’s desired level of service and specific needs of their home.  This provides our Clients with a systematic approach to manage an important asset and to address safety and security issues for their family.

Remodeling Services Unlimited had the privilege of working on some special projects within a two-block area in the Parkside at Brenthaven neighborhood in Brentwood, Tennessee.  As a result, a Remodeling Christmas Celebration was held at each of the four remodeled homes on December 19, 2009.

It is estimated that hundreds of people attended this function. A good time was had by all as Remodeling Services Unlimited proudly displayed their craftsmanship and the Homeowners graciuosly allowed us to invade their newly remodeled homes.

We wish to express our sincere appreciation to our kind hosts…the Homeowners who made this celebration and holiday parade of homes possible. We also wish to thank all who attended this fun event, as well as those whose hard work made this an event to remember!
