The RSU TEAM understands the relationships between home owners and HOA organizations, Property Management Companies and Realtors. In many of these types of projects there can be three or more parties involved so we know how to focus our job as it related to our clients. We work with a lot of realtor to help buyers get their property ready to sell and we work directly with buyers who want to upgrade or renovate their new home or office before moving in.

Being proactive in maintenance saves money and keeps property values high.
