RSU builds porches and sunrooms to match your home’s desired look. We do not sell pre-fab additions. We design our roof structures to tie into your existing home and we build free-standing structures. Some of our basic rustic structures have minimal finishes while other projects use many types of materials such as wood beams, stone, brick or natural finishes.

We have built structures with concrete slabs and elevated floor plans with decks of all types. Some of our projects are concrete decks over steel framed construction.
