Home Maintenance Program
The HOME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM is designed to help clients maintain their home by accomplishing routine maintenance jobs and periodic inspections.
The program is totally customized for each homeowner.
To begin the program we recommend an INITIAL INSPECTION.
Initial Inspection and Documentation – Our Home Maintenance Manager shall perform an initial inspection following the attached inspection list. (It is a mini-home inspection). We take pictures to document the house and close-ups of any areas of concern. We review this report with you and encourage your involvement in the process to identify routine services to accomplish on a periodic basis and create a priority list of any needed repairs.
After the Initial Inspection we provide you with a written report and a recommended annual program. An annual visit is a minimum requirement to join the program.
ANNUAL PROGRAM
Once a year we provide a routine inspection of your home and provide you with a written report. We also provide periodic services to address maintenance jobs like gutter cleaning or other jobs you select. The frequency of these tasks depends on your desired level of service and the needs of your home. This provides you with a systematic approach to manage an important asset and to address safety and security issues for your family.

OPTIONS
- Multiple visits scheduled at key times throughout the year.
- More detailed Inspections which may include qualified engineers or other industry specialists
- Monitoring plans for structural cracks, moisture and water concerns, etc.
- Management of other home services on a cost-plus basis
