We took this Ranch Style house and built a two-story house with a new and unique style. This contemporary architectural design blends “flying gables” with more traditional materials. Free spanning floor trusses and roof trusses were used to transfer live load to exterior walls. The family lived in the house during the construction.
It was designed to be functional, but full of unique character and charm. Spacious and open floor plan with a formal dining room. Large Master Suite and children’s bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The large kitchen and den area flows into the back deck and wooded lot.
We also build sunrooms with lots of windows for natural light and scenic views. Every addition is carefully considered by our estimators to avoid problems with roof lines another design issues. Many times our tie-ins with the existing house make it difficult to distinguish new and old.
A master suite addition can give you a modern and spacious Master bedroom, full bath with spa features and walk-in closets. A deck off the Master can offer immediate access to the exterior and a feeling of even more space.
